Mark Musgrave: “TMG will continue to provide multi-faceted disability support for colleagues, from recruitment to development and is dedicated to prioritising inclusivity and diversity across the business.”

The Government Disability Confident employer scheme helps identify employers who are actively committing to inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

To qualify for Level 3 certification, TMG says has implemented a number of wide-ranging policies which have diversified their workforce, fostering an inclusive culture for everyone working at TMG.

TMG says it drives inclusive recruitment procedures by working in partnership with Evenbreak, a disability employment service, who shares open roles on their disability job board. One of our employee networks (Able) leads inclusive staff engagement through events and training, providing a safe space to share best practice, hear personal stories and create informal mentoring relationships.

The publisher’s Reasonable Adjustments policy and Workplace Adjustment Passport ensure managers are aware of employees’ required adjustments from the outset. The Employee Assistance Programme includes over 50 mental health first aiders for those in need of support.

Chief People Officer, Mark Musgrave said, “TMG will continue to provide multi-faceted disability support for colleagues, from recruitment to development and is dedicated to prioritising inclusivity and diversity across the business.”
