DTI on Cloud 100

Digital Technology International has announced that it now has more than 100 newspapers hosted in DTI Cloud, the company’s secure cloud computing environment.

DTI has invested heavily over the last two years perfecting the most complete SaaS (software as a service) solution for the news media industry,” said Steve Nilan (pictured), vice president, marketing, DTI.

“Publishers know that they have to continue to transform their business models and control their costs.  DTI Cloud can play a major part in that transformation. It puts money back into our customers’ core businesses, publishing, leaving DTI experts to maintain their non-core, yet essential, IT infrastructures.

“Having our entire suite of Web and print content management, circulation and advertising solutions in mission-critical daily production in the cloud marks a milestone, and provides a significant benefit for our customers,” adds Nilan. “It was also technical challenge which DTI engineers have met with great skill and enthusiasm.”

Based on the success at DTI’s first US data centre the company intends to roll-out its SaaS solutions in DTI Cloud across data centres worldwide.
